We have an 1894 cast iron "Royal Princess" Todd parlor stove made by the Thomas White Stove Co. out of Quincy Illinois. We purchased this from an estate, so we don't know it's history. It is a very unique looking stove that could be fixed up to make a beautiful focal piece. The stove measures approximately 38" long, 18" wide and 35" tall and weighs around 200 pounds. Please email with any questions and I'll try to answer them. Considering the size and weight of the stove, it is listed as local pick up only. This is a no reserve sale and payment is due within 5 days of sales end. Good luck and happy offerding.
All of the seams between the different pieces appear a different color, has
there been welding or cementing done at the seams?
I went out and took a closer look and photos. It is not welded, but appears to
be a seam sealer type material. Hopefully the new pictures will help show it
better. I think the color variation is just from some pictures with the flash
and some not. The lighting in the room was cold fluorescents which didn't help
either. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
