This is an AS IS ASUS M3A78-EM mid-ATX AM2 DDR2 motherboard that is for PARTS or REPAIR only.

This board has been tested with a phenom II 550 and various RAM modules from 555MHz to 800MHz, all to no avail.

Board will not POST. And upon close examination of the back of the board, it can be seen that one of the small ceramic capacitors on the back of the board seems to be bent out of place.

If this is repaired, the board will most likely work.

Comes with I/O shield.

Therefore, the board is being sold AS IS for PARTS or REPAIR only.

So, if you think you might be able to fix this board, or maybe just would like to use it for parts, just go ahead and buy it, and it’ll be yours.
