This is a WiFi receiver – it connects your PC to an existing WiFi network. It is not a hotspot or router and cannot create internet access on its own.
Bluetooth needs a motherboard USB header – a free 9-pin USB 2.0 header is required. Please check your motherboard manual before ordering. If your board does not have this header, Bluetooth will not work.
Speeds depend on your router – for 5GHz 867Mbps performance, use an 802.11ac (WiFi 5) or newer router. With older routers, speed will be limited to your router’s maximum.
