PLEASE NOTE: The retail box is Distressed - crushed and torn along the edges with scuffs and dirt marks (see all photos). The Kindle inside is unused and still sealed in its protective wrap. Please do not buy if you need a perfect box.

Up for sale is the newest Amazon Kindle Paperwhite (12th generation, 2024 model) with 16GB in black. It's open box and unused - the Kindle is still sealed in its protective wrap and the USB-C cable still has its paper band. The outer retail box took a beating though, with crushed and torn edges and some scuffs, so please check the photos. The box damage is cosmetic only.

This is the fastest and biggest Paperwhite yet. It has a 7" glare-free 300 ppi screen that reads like real paper even in bright sun, page turns are noticeably quicker than the older models, and the adjustable warm light makes night reading easy on the eyes. It's waterproof (IPX8) so it's fine at the pool or in the bath, holds thousands of books on 16GB, and the battery lasts for weeks on a charge. Charges with USB-C. This is the ad-supported version (special offers on the lock screen), which Amazon lets you remove for a fee.
