Display Condition — Please Read
There is a reported area of color discoloration, described by a previous buyer as color burn, along the lower portion of the screen, primarily toward the right side.
The reported area extends approximately 9 inches horizontally and 1 inch vertically.
During my own photography and everyday computer use, I never noticed this issue or found it to interfere with my work.
It was brought to my attention when a subsequent buyer examined the screen more closely for display uniformity.
For many general computing and photography applications, this may be a relatively minor concern. However, its visibility will depend on the content displayed and the user's sensitivity to screen uniformity.
The monitor has not been unpacked and retested following its return. The reported condition is disclosed, and the asking price has been reduced accordingly.
Overall
This is a premium professional 4K monitor that originally sold at a substantially higher price.
It offers an opportunity to own a high-quality BenQ designer display at a reduced price, with the reported screen imperfection clearly disclosed.
The monitor will be shipped securely in its existing packaging.
Please review the photographs and description carefully before purchasing.
