For sale is a SCRAM 500 for the Amiga 500. This is a genuine "from back in the day" expansion. Quite an awesome little unit! SCSI controller and FAST RAM expansion in one. From memory the chips inside the unit have name just like the actual Amiga does. I don't remember the exact specifications on this so don't want to state the included RAM amount - from memory it could be up to 8Mb RAM. Because of it's age and untested state it is sold as is and for parts or repair but no reason to suspect it doesn't work.
