STEP 2 – RECEIVE YOUR TESTED BOARD
We will ship you a fully tested, working Procolored L1800 Main Formatter Board, ready for installation.
STEP 3 – RETURN YOUR DEFECTIVE BOARD
After receiving your replacement board, you have 10business days to ship your defective board back to us.
A prepaid USPS return shipping label will be included in your package.
Simply package your defective board securely, attach the provided USPS return label, and ship it back within the required timeframe.
STEP 4 – EXCHANGE COMPLETED
Once your defective board is returned and verified, the Core Exchange process is complete.
IMPORTANT – CORE RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for this $80.00 Core Exchange service, your defective board must meet the following requirements:
Same Model: The returned board must be the same compatible L1800 Main Formatter Board model.
Physically Complete: The board must contain all original major components, connectors, and electronic parts.
Repairable Condition: The defective board must be reasonably repairable and suitable for refurbishment.
No Missing Components: Boards with removed chips, missing connectors, stripped components, or intentionally removed parts will not be accepted as valid exchange cores.
No Severe Physical Damage: Boards that are broken, burned beyond repair, heavily corroded, or otherwise damaged beyond repair will not qualify.
Return Deadline: The defective board must be shipped back within 10 business days after delivery of the replacement board.
IMPORTANT: An incomplete, incorrect, or non-repairable board does not qualify as an acceptable exchange core.
NON-RETURNED OR INVALID CORE
If the defective board is not returned or does not meet our Core Exchange requirements, the $80.00 refund will not be issued to the customer.
The $100.00 purchase price is based on receiving your qualifying defective board in exchange.
By purchasing this item, you acknowledge the Core Exchange requirements.
30-DAY FULL EXCHANGE WARRANTY
Your replacement board includes a 30-day exchange warranty, starting from the delivery date.
If the replacement board develops a covered functional defect within 30 days, we will exchange it for another tested and working board.
The warranty does not cover improper installation, electrical damage, liquid damage, physical damage, or misuse.
