Travel straight back to 2005 and the definitive golden era of home multimedia computing with an authentic classic battlestation: an original Dell Dimension E310 (Model DV051) Desktop PC running its factory-original Windows XP Media Center Edition installation!

Having the original factory operating system installation makes this system exceptionally desirable for collectors, archivists, and retro enthusiasts: all proprietary Dell Intel 915GV chipset drivers, Intel GMA graphics drivers, integrated audio codecs, TV tuner drivers, and native Windows Media Center entertainment interfaces are completely intact and fully configured out of the box—with zero missing driver yellow exclamation marks!

Finished in Dell’s celebrated mid-2000s two-tone charcoal and silver tower styling with slotted lower air-intake vents and the iconic center chrome medallion, the Dimension E310 was engineered for whisper-quiet home and gaming performance. Powered by an authentic LGA775 Intel Pentium 4 processor clocked at 3.00GHz (2.99GHz reported with Hyper-Threading technology), 1.00 GB of DDR2 RAM (0.99 GB recognized after shared video allocation), and an internal 120GB SATA hard drive (107 GB formatted NTFS C: partition with over 83.9 GB of free space), this system boots cleanly and swiftly into an authentic installation of Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 (Version 2002, Service Pack 2) complete with Dell OEM wallpaper!

For retro PC gamers, vintage hardware collectors, and archivists, an authentic bare-metal Windows XP machine is essential for running turn-of-the-millennium PC titles that suffer from modern OS DRM blocks (SafeDisc/SecuROM), 16-bit installer bugs, scaling issues, or audio driver incompatibilities on Windows 10/11. It effortlessly powers through era classics like The Sims & The Sims 2, Diablo II: Lord of Destruction, RollerCoaster Tycoon 1 & 2, Half-Life 2, Warcraft III, StarCraft: Brood War, Age of Empires II, Civilization III, Quake III Arena, Unreal Tournament, and classic PopCap games.

The Intel Pentium 4 3.00GHz processor runs stable and whisper-quiet, memory tests healthy, and the 120GB SATA hard drive reads and writes cleanly with an intact partition. Front and rear USB ports respond promptly, both optical drives actuate and read discs properly, internal cooling fans spin freely, and the onboard VGA port outputs a crisp, rock-solid display signal.

The two-tone dark charcoal front bezel, lower ventilation intake, and heavy steel side chassis panels are structurally solid with no broken covers, missing feet, or cracked plastic. Shows light, normal cosmetic surface marks, faint shelf wear, and minor handling scuffs consistent with careful home/office use and vintage age.
