This is a used, not refurbished vintage system. It is in very good cosmetic condition. It is not missing any screws, pads, covers or keyboard keys and looks to be complete. I did run a hard drive test and posted the results in the pictures. It includes the Dell Charger, Floppy Drive with cable, Carry Bag and Restore Disks pictured. The battery is dead and will not take a charge, this laptop will only operate with the charger plugged in. It does not include a Drivers or Apps Restore Disks and has not been tested to confirm all of the original Dell Windows 98se drivers and apps have been installed. For those unreasonable buyers, this is an "as is",not refurbished, not new, 20+ year old system thatmay need some work I am not aware of.Windows 98 is not safe to use on the internet and is not supported by Microsoft. The internet hardware is out of date.Do not buy this to use on the internet.See all of the pictures for items condition and description.Includes: Laptop, Bag, Floppy, Disks and Charger pictured
