I do not know anything about the video card. I was told it worked but the person that originally had it wanted to change the cooling setup to fans. I do not know why. Looking over it, the board looks good and I think everyting is there. The only thing that may be missing is there may be a plate that sets on the backside of the processor that secures the cooling block to the processor with 4 screws I do not see one with the hardware. Needless to say it will need new thermal paste and pads when reassemble. I am including the fittings, radiator and fans that were used with it. You would need to purchase the correct tubing for your setup if you decided to use it as it is.
Again, I know nothing about it other than I was told it was working when pulled.
