Shipping:
Unless otherwise indicated, items are sent ground USPS or UPS (best way possible), and may require up to 10 +/- days to arrive at your location after the item is picked up by the carrier. Contact us prior to placing an order if you require expedited or differing shipping methods than what is listed for a particular item.
We deliver only to the lower 48 US states. We will not process an order whose account or delivery address is not within the lower 48 US.

Unless otherwise indicated, all deliveries are insured up to the amount inherently provided by the shipping carrier, in regards to the specific shipping service utilized. Contact us prior to placing an order if you require additional shipping insurance, sign for delivery service, or other shipping requests.
Items are delivered Monday – Friday, generally on the next business day, after a purchase is paid in full. We do not process shipments on official US government holidays or at times when our store is placed in Vacation Mode.
Condition of Items Sold:
We try to describe every item the best we can, and provide pictures of the actual item you are purchasing. Please contact us if you require additional images and/or information about a particular item.
Unless otherwise indicated, the quantity of items you are purchasing is a single unit (ie. 1x qty). Multiple pictures are for descriptive purposes only, and do not indicate a greater quantity than a single unit.
Refunds and Exchanges:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED.
Orders are not shipped out until payment is cleared.
If you have an issue with an item, always message us first before requesting a refund through . We usually respond within a few hours of messaging during normal business hours.
All returned items require an RMA number, issued solely by our company. Returned items without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Items returned must be in the original packaging in which they were received, must be complete and intact, with all associated components, literature, accessories etc. included, and must be in same condition in which they were received.

Notify us immediately if the item received is different from what was ordered.
Notify us immediately if an item received was damaged in shipping. We will follow up with information on how to proceed.
Refunds and/or exchanges will be issued on a case-by-case basis, and only once the item in question is returned to us for inspection. If it is determined that the item is in fact defective, we will either issue a refund or an exchange at our sole discretion.
Items returned, which are not in fact damaged/defective, will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges (including initial and return shipping charges) will not be reimbursed to purchaser in cases where an improper/illegitimate return is made.

International Returns:
Please carefully review the policy outlined below and refrain from purchasing and agreeing to it if you have any concerns.
Customers using a forwarding freight service to order items to another country, even if the shipping address is in the USA, will be considered as international shipments.
This policy is implemented because many international buyers may choose not to return items for a refund due to expensive return shipping costs. However, customers can still initiate a return request for a refund through the standard return procedure.
For returns due to reasons such as defects, damages, malfunction, or discrepancies from the description, we will not cover international return shipping costs. If items are deemed defective, you are responsible for returning them to us at your expense. By placing your order, you fully agree to this return policy.
No partial refunds will be issued for defects. If you wish to receive a refund, the item (order) must be returned to us at your expense. Customers can still return items by adhering to 's return policy. Please note that we only provide a return label to the original address to which the order has been shipped
