Used no cords but with a 30 day money back guarantee.  Has some light wear but no major issues.  For some reason when you Google this model it comes up as a 24" but it clearly is 21" wide aprox.  Message me if you need anything please. Super thin and a adjustable height makes it a clean great performing monitor.
