This heatsink is specifically designed for the IBM H1110 and is an essential component for optimal performance. Made of aluminum, attach to the IBM H1110 LSI SAS2004 controller chip. It attaches via thermal conductive epoxy. These are salvaged from defective IBM H1110 cards and may have residual thermal paste or epoxy on them. Sorry, I don't have the time or resources to clean these, but want to let you know what to expect. If you've damaged your heatsink, or perhaps just want a spare for experimenting, these are it!
