Selling AS-IS parts/repair only.I'm thinking it's likely faulty video memory, which doesn't look too hard to replace using a desoldering gun. Just haven't gotten around to it myself. I've already sourced some matching replacement chips which I'll throw in. Really hoping someone can repair this neat example of an early (late-80's) accelerated VGA card.
