Product description Troubleshooting Tips Check Cartridge Contacts

Remove the orange plastic cover before inserting. With a dry, lint-free cloth, wipe clean the contacts on the side of the cartridge and place it back into the machine. Make sure your cartridge is not exposed to extreme temperatures before use.

Check Compatibility

If the cartridge isn't fitting your machine, make sure you're using the proper cartridge. DO NOT order this cartridge for IS200/IS280 series postage meters. This cartridge is for iX-1 models only.

We're here to help!
