Intel One Acre Quad PHY Module, a 4-port 10/100/1000 Ethernet module with a four-port RJ-45 connector block on a full-height bracket. Board silkscreen reads ONE ACRE QUAD PHY MODULE E92668-202 REV B; the yellow Intel label carries P/N D57446-001.
The board has two high-density connectors along the top edge, per-port LED headers (PORT0 to PORT3), EEPROM and SPI flash programming headers, and a 4-pin power connector. The yellow label marks it as an Intel engineering sample / development product for engineering use.
