• Both batteries replaced. The T460s carries two internal batteries, and both are new: 100% of design capacity each, zero charge cycles.
• New drive. A 180GB SSD fitted by us with a thermal pad. It passes its SMART health check. The machine’s original drive is gone, so the previous owner’s files are gone.
• Memory added. A 4GB stick in the empty slot brings it to 8GB.
• Clean Ubuntu install. Installed fresh and tested, with one account set up. We send you its username and password; change the password, or add your own account and settings in Settings → Users, then delete ours. Takes a few minutes.
• Genuine charger. A Lenovo 65W slim-tip charger, not a generic copy.

Your choice of operating system — no extra charge

It ships with Ubuntu 26.04.1 LTS installed, the current long-term-support release, with security updates for years to come. If you would rather have something else, message us after you buy and we will install it, test it and ship it the same way, at no charge. We will try to accommodate any OS request. Some popular options are below:

• Ubuntu — what it ships with. The most widely used, with the most help online.
• Linux Mint — the easiest switch from Windows.
• Debian — stable and conservative.
• Fedora — newer software on a clean GNOME desktop.
• Windows 11 Pro — activated, clean install, no bloatware.

Cosmetic condition

Good — the keyboard has no issues and the touchpad is in perfect shape. The only marks are faint sticker outlines on the palm rest and the lid. We cleaned them thoroughly, so nothing sticky is left — only the outline where the stickers sat. The photos are of the exact machine you will receive, and the outlines are shot close up rather than hidden at an angle.

What to know before you buy

Two new batteries. Both internal batteries are new, at 100% of their design capacity with zero cycles. On a machine of this age the batteries are the part most likely to be worn out; here they are not.

The storage is a 180GB SSD. It is new and passes its health check. The slot is a standard M.2, so a larger drive is a simple swap later.

The memory is 8GB. 4GB is on the board and we filled the one slot with another 4GB. That slot takes up to a 16GB stick, for 20GB total.

The sticker outlines on the palm rest and lid are cosmetic only. They have been thoroughly cleaned — no stickiness, just a faint outline where the stickers were. They do not affect how the machine works.

In the box

The laptop and a genuine Lenovo 65W slim-tip charger. No original box, no manuals, no dock.

Warranty & returns. 30 days. If it fails in that window, send it back and we refund you in full. This machine is out of Lenovo factory coverage, so our 30 days is the warranty. Shipped in a padded laptop sleeve inside a box cut close to the machine, leaving virtually no room for error. Questions before you buy? Message us through . We would rather answer three questions than take one return. Restored Logic LLC · Every machine tested, wiped and stated honestly
