Lot 2 Seagate IronWolf 6TB, 3.5” HDDs, 7200 RPM, model ST6000VN001-2BB186
Price: US $250.00
I’m selling these two 6TB Seagate IronWolf HDDs, which ran in my Synology DS220+ in RAID configuration for about 4-1/2 years. I upgraded to 12TB Seagate IronWolf HDDs.
You can see below that the power on time for the disks are 40897 and 40905 hours respectively. (This is about 4.67 calendar years.) Note that the stated MTBF is 1 million hours according to the Seagate data sheet. There are no damaged sectors on the disks per the report. I’d still be running on these disks if I weren’t such a digital hoarder.
From the Seagate data sheet:
* Workload rate of 180TB/year
* MTBF of 1 million hours
* Designed for for NAS environments, desktop RAID systems, multimedia server storage, and private clouds
