Warranty/Return Policy

Any problem with an item must be reported within warranty period.

If items are damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package in order to file a claim with shipper (please retain all shipping materials for claim pick-up).

If returning a non-defective item by choice within the 30 day period, customer is responsible for shipping cost.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any RMA shipping costs. Any replacement shipping costs will be covered by seller. Do not send any items back without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number or the package will not be accepted - no exceptions.

There is 25% restocking fee applied to any items returned ordered in error or returned as defective but deemed as operational upon receipt. Please make sure this is the item you need. All products are fully tested and operational for their intended use. If you have any questions regarding compatibility with your equipment and/or software please contact us prior to purchasing.
