Barco MX5450 medical graphics card which is essentially an ATI FirePro V5800 with some minor bios differences. This graphics card came out 4 years after this machine so it’s capable of running pretty much any game from this machines era. This graphics card does not require a secondary power source and runs directly on pci express slot. Excellent for this retro rig with limited power supply.
