New (open box) Samsung SSD 870 EVO SATA III 2.5” 1TB purchased from Micro Center in late 2025, before the RAMpocalypse. This hard drive was never opened as I never followed through with my build that centered on this drive.

Samsung makes some of the most reliable and high quality drives for the retail market, although you know that already if you're reading this. The 870 will more than get you by for boot or auxiliary, game storage, whatever you need. If you have questions about Micro Center's open box clearance policy, please refer to their help pages.
