This Tumi bag can be used as a laptop bag, as an inside section is padded. Removable strap so you can carry it crossbody or by the two shorter handles.

Gray fabric with black leather trim and heavy duty silver tone hardware. You can unzip the bottom and slip it over a suitcase.

Both of the outside have large zip top pockets, one of which has a card holder and some slip pockets.

The top zips closed  and the inside has two sections. One is fully padded and the other has a large zip pocket. 

Overall good condition.  Very sturdy. Very slight wear to the fabric exterior.  See photos.  The bottom has feet that are in great condition.

It measures about 15" wide x 9.5" tall. The laptop section measures about 12.5" across.
