How to install antennas and Ethernet cable?
①Pass the RJ45 cable through the waterproof connector cover.
②Screw the waterproof seal into the waterproof connector bracket.
③Pass the RJ45 cable through the waterproof connector bracket, and screw the waterproof connector bracket into the cover.
④Put the waterproof sealing ring on the waterproof connector bracket.
⑤Connect the RJ45 cable to WAN/LAN port.
⑥Screw the connecting cable into the 2.4G and 5G antenna connector and screw up the connector.
Note: The PoE converter is not waterproof, please install it indoors. Please make sure your Ethernet cable is CAT5E or above certified and shorter than 100m/328ft.

How to install the product on a column?
①Stick two silicone pads on the bracket and post respectively.
②Thread the cable ties through the fixing point of the bracket.
③Fix the product to the post with cable ties.

1.When setting up a mesh network, please note that the WL-WN588HA2 supports a maximum of 8 devices for networking (including the main router). It is only compatible with devices from the same brand "Wavlink" that support Everything Mesh; other devices are not supported.
2.The access point cannot act as a repeater for wireless signals with enforced captive portal.
3.For optimal performance, choose open and unobstructed locations, avoiding obstacles like walls, doors, aquariums, trees, and other barriers as much as possible.
4.All Wi-Fi extenders are designed to expand or enhance Wi-Fi coverage range, rather than directly increase speed.

Product Overview
The HighPower Wi-Fi AP/Repeater is ideal for long distance point-to-point/multi-point wireless data transmission, providing a free Wi-Fi service in remote such as factory, community, street or etc. The AP/Repeater can take an existing 2.4GHz wireless signal, repeat and extend it to a longer range where it is far away for the router or access point to reach, and it supports 2.4G transmission speeds of up to 300Mbps. Flexible PoE Deployment: Support 24V PoE power supply, easy installation and deployment. Make sure the Ethernet cable connected to this repeater be less than 80 meters, and the ethernet cable connected to the uplink devices be less than 100 meters.

Installation Instruction
Installation Height: Keep the height of the flat antenna 2-3 meters above the ground without obstruction, and 1-2 meters horizontal drop from the network terminal (mobile phone, surveillance camera).
Installation Direction: The signal facing the front of the panel antenna is much stronger, please pay attention to whether the front and back of the antenna panel are facing correctly when installing.
Installation Steps: Support flexible deployment on the wall or on the round pole. For detailed steps, please refer to our step-by-step diagrams in this page or installation instructions in the package.

FAQ

Q2. How do I restore the device to its factory default settings?
-While the device is powered on, press and hold the Reset button until all the LEDs turn on momentarily.

Q3. What should I do if the LED does not change to solid after completing ?
-You may have entered the incorrect Wi-Fi password of your host Wi-Fi during the configuration. Please log into the device' s web-based interface to check the password and try again.
-Reset the device and go through the configuration again.

Q4. I have enabled a wireless MAC filter, wireless access control, or access control list (ACL) on my router. What should I do before configuring and using the device ?
-If you have enabled those functions of your router, you may need to disable them first. And then follow OPTION ONE or OPTION TWO to complete the configuration. .
