Item is Untested. Includes Original Box,5.25" Floppy Disk, and Manual, there is no plastic insert. The box is in overall fair condition, there are scuffs, nick, scratches, creases, and minor tears (<1"). Floppy looks good. Manual looks good, I didn't see any tears or writing inside, binding is good, the pages have some discoloration along the edges and some wear on the cover.
