Lot of 4 x 128MB PC100 ECC Registered SDRAM modules (512MB total). InfineonP/N HYS72V16100WR-8-B, 16M x 72, CL2, assembled in Germany. Board codeB1204101. Modules also carry Compaq part labels reading 20-01CSA-08, so thesecame out of Compaq or DEC-era hardware. Board silkscreen identifies them as168-pin 3.3V SDRAM DIMMs.
CONDITION: Used, pulled from working service. All 4 modules were tested andconfirmed working before listing. Gold contacts are clean with no bent pins,no corrosion, and no burn marks. Normal handling and age-related marks.
