Item Condition – For Parts / Not Working (Read Carefully)

This card was originally purchased with clean serial numbers. It has since been professionally tested and failed testing. I also sent it to a repair facility; however, they were unable to complete the repair at this time due to the complexity of the issue and lack of required equipment. The unit remained at their facility for several months, and I have decided to sell it as-is rather than pursue further repair.
