Q: What is the cable quality? Does it have shielding?
A: It comes with full metal layer shielding, using advanced EMI conductive polymer shielding material for flat ribbon cable.This technology fully covers each cable with conductive polymer EMI shielding, blocks incoming and outgoing electromagnetic frequency emissions, minimizes interference and performance degradation while reducing cable weight.
Q: Cable thickness? Is it flexible? Can it be bent?
A: Cable thickness is only 1.3mm. The flat cable is soft, bendable and flexible for routing. Proper bending will not affect performance.
Important Purchase & Installation Notes
Correct Orientation Required: Always align the connector correctly before plugging in. Do NOT reverse or misalign the connector, otherwise it may burn out your hardware. Hold the device socket firmly during insertion, avoid excessive force that could break socket pins.
Do NOT bend or pull the cable within 2cm from soldering points on both ends of the cable.
Signal driving capability varies between motherboards and devices. Our lab test results do not guarantee identical performance on your hardware. Signal loss is unavoidable when using extension cables.
Do NOT purchase if you require zero-loss perfect performance.
Electronic hardware including motherboards and GPUs degrade and oxidize over time. Using extension cables on aged hardware increases instability.
