Item Description
The APC Smart UPS SMT2200RM2UC is a 2U rackmount line interactive UPS built for servers, storage, routers, switches, point of sale systems, and other network infrastructure where stable power and managed shutdown matter. It provides 1920 W rated output, up to 2200VA configurable capacity, pure sine wave battery output, and Automatic Voltage Regulation to correct utility voltage fluctuations without immediately switching to battery power.
Remote Monitoring with SmartConnect
The embedded SmartConnect Ethernet port supports remote UPS health monitoring from an internet connected device, including status visibility, automatic event notifications, firmware updates, and remote self tests. Modbus TCP/IP is also supported through the embedded Ethernet interface, while USB and serial ports support local UPS management and PowerChute Serial Shutdown workflows.
Eight Protected Outlets with Load Control
Six NEMA 5-15R outlets and two NEMA 5-20R outlets provide battery backup and surge protection for rack equipment. A configurable switched outlet group can be independently turned on, turned off, shut down, rebooted, or configured for load shedding, helping administrators preserve runtime for higher priority equipment during extended outages.
Built for Rack Based IT Environments
The UPS includes a rack rail kit and mounting hardware for 2U installation. Emergency Power Off support, SmartSlot expansion, a multi function LCD, automatic self testing, user replaceable RBC43 battery, and configurable transfer settings give administrators direct control over power protection and maintenance.

Returns Returns

- If you wish to return an item, please contact us via messages or the returns link to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This ensures proper handling of your return or replacement.
- To qualify for a full refund (less shipping expenses), the item must be in its original new condition, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Opened items are eligible for return but may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling costs incurred in sending the item. If your order included Free Shipping, the shipping expenses we paid on your behalf will be deducted from your refund. If an item is refused, the carrier charges for both ways will be deducted from your refund.
- All returns are subject to inspection. Items must be in brand new condition as described above. If not, the return may be deemed non-refundable or subject to a restocking fee of at least 15%. - Returns must be packed in an outer shipping carton (not just the original product box), with the RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label. Include a copy of your invoice and order number, and insure your return shipment with prepaid shipping. We do not accept COD shipments.
- Certain product categories are not eligible for return due to hygienic or sanitary reasons, as required by manufacturers. Consumable goods or items locked by manufacturers (such as Apple or HP) are not returnable.
