I bought this PC new in November of 2016. The processor is an AMD FX-8320E. sale includes the stock cooler (I replaced the CPU fan,) 8 GB DDR3L RAM, the I/O shield, manual, original drivers, and packaging. I'll also include an optical audio cable, a cable to bring the USB3.0 connections from the back to the front (the usb3.0 plugs on your case need the usb 3.0 male header pins,) case standoffs, and a new CMOS battery.The motherboard has several USB pin headers for USB plugs on the front of your case. It has 2 empty memory slots so you can upgrade. The mobo can accommodate up to 6 SATA devices. And there is a PCIe x16 slot for a graphics card, a PCIe x1 for a wifi card, and 2 PCI slots for other legacy peripherals. The mobo has onboard graphics so a PCIe video card is not strictly necessary. The on-board sound card is fantastic. There's an optical out and connectors for 7.1 channel audio output as well as a line in and microphone in.Overall, super fun system. It's like the best economy Windows 7 or XP computer ever.
