I have taken a picture of the package content page from the instructions. You can look for yourself that all the pieces and parts are present. The two ball mounts are installed in the factory sealed bag.
Could not confirm the bolts in the SP4LIFT package is complete, but it is factory sealed so we can only assume all the bolts and washers are present. Chance to save for the right buyer.
I do not think it's right when sellers just use stock pictures. I hope you appreciate that I have taken the time to take pictures of the exact item you will receive so there will be no surprises.
