CNC Spur Gear Coating -Piece Stainless Stee Gear Extruder Gear for 6958 Integrated shaft design ensures better concentricity of gears, reduces eccentric rotation of gears due to assembly, and ensures more uniform transmission of filaments by gears.
CNC hollow stainless steel gears, reduction gear design, high transmission ratio, greater extrusion torque, more wear-.
The driven gear uses double ball bearings instead of the old needle bearings, with smaller gaps and higher .
High-strength mold steel is as the material for the feeding gear, and nano-coating is used for treatment. The overall hardness HRC value of the gear reaches 62-65; the hardness HV value reaches 1000-1200, which greatly ensures the strength, wear resistance and resistance of the gear.
The meshing is straight teeth. design, hollowing out the excess material of the gear while ensuring the strength of the gear itself, reducing the weight of the gear.

Scope of application: for Mini Extruder, for 0, 0.1 and 0.2 series or other places where this set of gears can be used. If you are good at mechanical design, you can also part of your extruder design.
Processing technology: CNC
Notes:
Not suitable for extruder.
There are some products on the market that can be equipped with for gears. Because of the size and tolerance , you can align the filament inlet by squeezing the large black gear to move the position or adding a gasket to the shaft.
The integrated gear needs to use the latest official R2 version of for , Search by yourself or consult customer service
