For your consideration is a Compaq Presario V6444US 15” Windows XP laptop with the following:

CoreDuo T2450 2ghz

3gb RAM

100gb HDD

DVD-R/W

OEM battery

OEM charger

Wifi

Note: This model has the reliable Intel integrated graphics, not the nVidia chip that is prone to failure in this model series!

Laptop has been restored to the factory Windows XP installation using a copy of the restore media (not included in listing), along with all available Windows updates. Cosmetically it is in fantastic condition showing very little wear. During testing there were two functional issues noted: There are discolored blemishes on the display that are more visible on white backgrounds (see photos), and the right USB port doesn’t seem to work. The battery seems to take and hold a charge, however no guarantees on battery health/life due to age. Laptop is sold as-is due to age.

This laptop is NOT suitable for modern computing tasks, it is intended for someone wanting a retro computing experience. Please feel free to ask questions!
