This kit is listed as "Open Box." I originally installed it in my personal PC and used it for a period of time. It has since been upgraded, so I am selling it. It is fully functional, has never been damaged, overvolted, or abused, and works flawlessly. I have the complete original packaging, which is included in the sale.
