deepin 25.2 is the current community desktop release of deepin’s Linux OS — a polished, Windows-like desktop built on Debian, with the Deepin Desktop Environment (DDE), the Treeland compositor, and a large app store.
Deepin (and its Deepin Desktop Environment) is built to look and feel closer to a polished consumer OS than most other Linux desktops. The window manager, dock, control center, and system apps are designed as one consistent interface, with animations and spacing that many people find closer to macOS than to GNOME or KDE. For someone coming from Windows who wants Linux but finds typical Linux desktops sparse or inconsistent, that visual polish is the usual reason they try it.
Why people switch to deepin:

• Clean, modern desktop that feels familiar if you came from Windows
• Strong out-of-the-box experience: installer, file manager, store, media apps
• Optional UOS AI assistant and system-level search
• Solid immutable-style core (read-only system files + snapshots) for more reliable updates
• Linyaps packaging plus Distrobox subsystems (Debian, Ubuntu, Arch, Fedora, etc.)
• App Store with tens of thousands of titles

You will receive a bootable install DVD which will allow you to install deepin on an unlimited number of PC's
