Tested/Guaranteed • IncludesANALOG and DIGITAL XLR Breakout Cables • 192KHz 24-BitStereo PCI Express Audio Interface
The latest version of one of the most respected broadcastquality sound cards, which offers both balance analog andAES digital input and output. These are used all around theworld in on-air and production machines. Note that thesecards are intended for installation into a professionalenvironment and can be more complicated to install andconfigure than your $20 plug and play SoundBlaster card. That said, if you follow the install sequence given in themanual exactly, you should be fine. I havenot tested this type of card under Windows 11 so correctoperation under this OS is not guaranteed. Windows 1064 Bit worked fine for me. My recommendation for anyaudio workstation would be to avoid chipsets that have justbeen released. An older machine with awell-established hardware configuration will help avoidincompatibility issues (and processing audio does notrequire a state of the art box). Please note that thedigital I/O cable included is the version that does nothave the LTC IN RCA jack included - this is not normally anissue for Pro Audio applications as this timecode connectionis rarely used on most workstations.
