1. Ensure your computer has oneDisplayPort and one USB-A port, and that each is connected with thecorresponding cable for proper operation.

2. Please set the monitor input toDisplayPort. If there are multiple DisplayPorts, select the correct inputsource in the monitor settings.

3. For 4K@60Hz output, the computer,cables, and monitor must support 4K@60Hz, and the cable length should be ≤6.6ft(3 meters).

4. To ensure normal usage, please connectthe USB power cable before use.

5. Many macOS computers lack aDisplayPort (DP) and are not compatible with this KVM switch.

6. If the monitor does not displayproperly, lower the resolution and refresh rate to the supported range.
