Please know that 2 outputs can not be used simutaneously.
1. Why can't I acheive 16K@60Hz?
The switcher itself supports up to 16K@60Hz, but the final resolution and refresh rate achieved also depends on the graphics card, monitor, cables and operating system.
2. Can I use devices with HDMI ports?
It is recommended to use a device with a DP port for the best experience. If you want to use a device with other ports, you can purchase a converter, but there is no way to be sure it will work.
