EDSRDXS 2X20Ml Soft & Hard UV Resin Bonding Glue Kit with UV Light

Product description

• LIQUID PLASTIC BONDING KIT：EDSRDXS UV bonding glue contains two selected bonding function UV glue (soft & hard), each of which is 0.7 oz, 20ml. It is a low-viscosity, high-strength and UV-curable modified acrylate adhesive.
• UV super bonding soft glue can still maintain a certain degree of toughness (can maintain a small degree of bending) after bonding. It is specially used for laminating PC, PMMA, PET, PS (excluding PP), and is also suitable for laminating plastic, glass, and metal. combine. It can withstand extreme temperatures from -22°F to 275°F (-30°C to 135°C). Under pen light, it cures within 30-40 seconds and remains transparent, never yellowing.
• UV super bonding hard glue is transparent light yellow liquid, excellent for bonding between glass and metal, glass and glass. It has a special engineering viscosity of 300 to 400 CPS, which provides better adhesion on relatively narrow fracture surfaces. This glue can work at extreme temperatures ranging from -40°F to 194°F (-40°C to 90°C). It can be cured within 60s under the irradiation of black light.
• EDSRDUS UV bonding glues are made of high-quality environmentally friendly materials. There is no strong odor before curing, and it disappears after curing. This product is sensitive to light and heat, so it needs to be stored in a cool and dry place below 77°F (25°C). Product shelf life is 12 months.
• Note 1:The surface is first sanded dusted, degreased, and dried when in use to create a rough surface for best adhesion, and enough space between the two pieces for the UV rays to reach all the adhesives, if the UV rays cannot reach the adhesive The mixture will affect the final bonding effect.
