This is expected behavior for a router not currently linked to an active GFiber Fiber Jack connection.

This unit has NOT been tested on a live GFiber network or confirmed to complete full setup/pairing, and no other accessories (Fiber Jack, mesh extender, Ethernet cables) are included beyond the power cable. Buyer will need an active GFiber account and Fiber Jack to complete setup, or may factory reset the device per GFiber’s reset instructions before reactivating on a new account.
