Dual-Textured PEI Design

The H2D/H2S PEI print bed uses powder-coating technology to create a unique textured surface, giving model bases distinctive patterns. Made of flexible spring steel, the dual-sided textured PEI bed is resistant to deformation and can withstand repeated use while maintaining stable performance. It’s a durable solution for 3D printing, ensuring long-term functionality.‌

High-Temperature Resistance

The textured PEI surface withstands up to 300°C, making it ideal for printing PLA/PLA+, PETG/PETG-CF, ABS, TPU, nylon, PC, PA, ASA, and PVA. Heating the bed improves adhesion, and you can adjust temperatures based on project needs.‌

Strong Adhesion & Easy Removal

The textured PEI spring steel bed offers excellent adhesion without glue or tools. When the bed cools to room temperature, models detach effortlessly from the 355 x 347 mm PEI surface, which remains flat for reuse.

TIPS:

In order to maintain better adhesion,it is recommended to regularly clean the plate surface with a dedicated cleaner, alcohol, or water to remove dust and oil. Do not use acetone to clean the plate, as acetone may damage the build plate surface and cause irreparable damage.
