I do not have a SIM to test if the Cellular band is locked, but this is an incredible Wi-Fi 7 Router. When hooked up my my spectrum modem look at the screen shots of my phone. Google gemini viewed the screenshot of the Router page and said it appears to not be locked. We make no guarantees however as a normal Router we have shown you in pics it functions great. It appears as if it has never been used. We reset it anyway. Take a look at the pictures and ask any questions you may have.
