Why Choose Kailh Deep Sea Silent Pro Islet Switch? 1. Deep Sea Level Silence — Without the "Mushy" Feel The Islet switch features large-area silent pads inside the bottom housing, complemented by additional silencing pads on both rails of the top cover. This dual-layer design effectively absorbs both bottom-out noise and rebound sound. The result? An exceptionally quiet typing experience that rivals membrane keyboards, but without the dreaded "mushy" feeling that plagues ordinary silent switches. 2. BOX Structure — Rock-Solid Stability Kailh's patented BOX structure is the crown jewel of this switch. Unlike traditional MX-style switches, the BOX design isolates the plate and leaf inside a sealed "box," providing: Dustproof & Waterproof Protection — Keeps contaminants away from critical points Minimal Stem Wobble — Every keystroke feels precise and controlled Long-lasting Consistency — Maintains its feel even after millions of keystrokes This is a mechanical switch you can rely on for years to come. 【Parameter】 Type：Linear (Silent) Operating Force：45±10 gf Pre-travel：1.8±0.4 mm Total Travel：3.6±0.4 mm Operation Life Up to 100 million cycles

Special Features

• 【Deep sea level silent experience - quiet and undisturbed】 Adopting Kailh's patented BOX structure and built-in silent pad design, effectively eliminating the impact noise of bottoming out and rebound. Whether it's late night gaming or an open office, typing won't disturb people around you. User response: "The mute effect is good, and it's not particularly meaty" - this means it's quiet, but without the "stickiness" of traditional mute switches.
• 【BOX structure, stable as a rock】 Kailh silent Islet switch is equipped with the iconic circular dust-proof wall (BOX structure). The axis shaking is extremely low, and every press is stable and precise, without the looseness of cheap axis bodies. At the same time, the BOX structure provides dual dust and waterproof protection, extending the life of the shaft body - not afraid of accidental water spraying on the desktop, nor afraid of long-term dust accumulation.
• 【Smooth linear feel, say goodbye to "stickiness"】 The Kailh silent Islet switch is a pure linear axis: press to touch the bottom, there is no sense of falling throughout the entire process, and it goes straight up and down. With a trigger pressure of 45 ± 10gf and a short key stroke of 1.8mm, everything from gentle pressing to quick combo runs smoothly and smoothly. Whether it's office coding or FPS game quick connect points, it can achieve sensitive response - without the sluggish feeling of dragging water. If your need is tactile sensation (with a "step" feel), it is recommended to choose the same series of Whale Silent Switch (tactile switch).
• 【100 million cycles of life+factory lubrication, ready to use out of the box】 Kaihua switches are known for their ultra long lifespan: the Kailh silent Islet switch has a button lifespan of 80 million to 100 million times, far exceeding most shaft bodies on the market. Precision lubrication has been carried out before leaving the factory, effectively suppressing the sound of shrapnel and spring. It can be installed directly by hand without the need for tedious manual lubrication of the shaft.
• 【RGB friendly+widely compatible】 Transparent design: Using a PC transparent shell and a transparent cross axis core, the RGB light is evenly transparent, creating an immersive lighting effect Hot swappable compatibility: Standard MX structure, compatible with the vast majority of hot swappable mechanical keyboards Pin selection: 5pin
