Very special and unique drive. Unlike most drives that use TLC NAND, this uses MLC NAND (15NM TOSHIBA Toggle Mode MLC NAND) that ensures stable file transfer speeds of around 1-1.3GB/s without any slow downs, even if this NVME is near its capacity. Tested with Crystal disk info, G smart control info, and HD Sentinel without errors or bad sectors at all.
