Shipping
• The shipping time and rate vary with destination country and an extra fee might be incurred depending on delivery location or for expedited shipping. Shipping might be delayed due to the customs.

Customs & Duties
• With FedEx, EMS and DHL shipping, declaring lower value is not possible according to their shipping policy. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional cost will be prior to offerding or purchase.

Return
• We offer an exchange for a faulty/damaged item when you contact us within 14 days from the received date. We may ask you to provide us pictures or video of the faulty item to determine a technician the fault of the product. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost after two weeks.
• If you return the item without any agreement with us, the return shipping cost cannot be reimbursed even if item is found detective/faulty, damaged or for any reason decided by yourself. For return due to changing of your mind, 20% of the restocking fee and the round shipping fee are on the your side.
• Returning items for a refund must be in new condition by being unopend and in their original boxes including all components and the packing material.
• If you refuse to receive the parcel due to import tax, the round shipping cost will be charged on your side. Same rules will be applied for unclamed returned items.
