OFFLINE STORAGE NOTES
CD-RW discs can be useful for temporary or frequently updated offline storage because their contents can be erased and rewritten.
For important long-term backups, consider using additional storage media. Rewritable discs are not generally the first choice for archival storage, and their longevity depends on the media and storage conditions.
Store discs in their jewel cases in a cool, dry, dark environment.
PLEASE NOTE
CD-RW discs require a compatible drive and playback device. Some older CD players and car stereos support CD-R discs but may not support CD-RW media.
Recording and rewriting performance depends on the capabilities of the drive and software being used.
