This is a Motorola DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem, model MB8600
This has a 6000 Mbps maximum cable modem speed with standards DOCSIS 3.1 plus 32x8 DOCSIS 3.0 and is usable with Xfinity (Comcast) or Cox. Actual download speed may be down to 1000 Mbps as limited by your internet service or other factors.
Has full band Capture Digital Tuning, is usable with a WiFi router, works with Windows or Max computer, HDTV, game station, or other device with an Ethernet port such as a Roku or Amazon Fire Stick.
As this modem has only one port a router will be needed for use with more than one device, and this does not have RJ-11 telephone jacks and cannot be used for landline calls.
Sits with a vertical orientation, and has high resistance to power surges though you really should always use a surge protector anyway.
Box includes the modem, power cube, ethernet cable, velcro cable tie, and quick start flyer.
As this modem was manufactured in 2019, please be certain that is is compatible with your internet service provider and your setup.
User manual can be read in advance on manualslib.com
The box is still sealed and the modem has never been used or installed.
Serial number and MAC address were censored on the pictures to avoid their use to gain resources without ownership.
