The unit will show minor signs of use with a few light scratches and small scrapes but overall it looks like the system was well taken care of. The system has been updated to the latest signed Netgear firmware and is ready to work. One of the satellites is not paired with the system so you have to manually sync it to the router. Please refer to Netgears documentation on how to sync a satellite. Also, this does not use the Orbi app This uses the Netgear Insight app, which is their pro version app, which gives you more control over your system. So if you try to use the regular Orbi app. This will not work. You must use the Insight app. I am also including two mounting brackets for the wall. There is NO SCREWS included. You must use your own. You will need screws for the bottom of the router and for the wall.
