The online thermal foam inkjet printer adopts mature TIJ thermal ink jet printing technology and is equipped with a 0.5 inch print head. It can be directly installed on the production assembly line to realize fully automatic online non contact printing. It is widely applied in industries of food, packaging, hardware, plastic, carton, pipe materials, etc. It can print marks such as production date, batch number, expiry date, serial number, QR code, barcode and LOGO patterns. The machine features a compact overall structure, easy installation and commissioning and solvent free operation, adopts dry fast dry ink cartridges, delivers low maintenance cost and is a cost effective marking solution for small and medium sized production lines.

Features:
1. Online assembly line operation: The machine is equipped with a photoelectric sensor, printing is triggered automatically when products pass by, and it is suitable for continuous assembly line production. Three working modes are available: sensor triggered printing, manual test printing and continuous cyclic printing.

Details:
Touch Screen
The touch screen delivers intuitive operation for quick editing of production dates, batch numbers and other marking content. Flexible parameter setting and fast response facilitate on-site commissioning and message editing on production lines.
Photoelectric Sensor
The photoelectric sensor features strong anti-interference performance and sensitive and stable detection, and allows flexible adjustment of the sensing angle and position for various production lines. It can ensure accurate printing position and preventing missing or incorrect marks.
Supporting Frame
The supporting frame is constructed with stainless steel round tubes and aluminum alloy cross clamps. The multi-axis assembly enables free adjustment of the position, height and angle for the print head and sensor in horizontal and vertical directions.
Ink Cartridge Holder
The ink cartridge holder is integrally formed with high rigidity and resists vibration during operation to ensure accurate printing position. The clamping slot firmly holds the TIJ thermal inkjet cartridge for quick cartridge replacement.
Operation Method:
1. Take out the printer bracket and all accessories, and check for damage of parts.
2. After mounting the bracket, take out the ink cartridge and insert it into the print head slot.
3. After editing the printing content, enter the printing setting to configure the printing position and printing effects.
Precaution:
1. Always power off the machine before installing or removing the ink cartridge to prevent static electricity from causing damage to the cartridge.
2. Do not leave the ink cartridge inside the print head for long term idle storage. When the machine is not used, remove the cartridge in time and cover it with the original protective cap to avoid nozzle clogging caused by residual ink.
3. The poor printing effect or insufficient ink output usually results from clogged nozzles caused by residual ink. Moisten lint free cloth or soft tissue with moderate concentration alcohol and gently wipe the cartridge nozzle. Regularly inspect the nozzle for residual ink, and conduct preventive cleaning to avoid irreversible nozzle clogging.
Combination Effect:
The automatic inkjet printer can be combined with various conveyors and production lines to achieve automatic printing operation.
