1. What happens if I have a problem?
We offer competitive prices for compatible printing consumables. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and we are committed to resolving this as quickly and efficiently as possible.
If you have one or more faulty or damaged items, or if you receive seemingly incorrect goods for any reason, please take a photo of the packaging and the toner (with MPN code), then contact us and explain your issue.We will respond within 1 working day.
If the product is within the warranty period, we will arrange the return of the product at our expense and send replacement goods within 1 working day.Please do not return the goods until you have heard from us. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
2. Can I change my mind?
Yes! If you need to return goods for other reasons, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.Refunds can only be issued if the item is returned in the condition it was received, including all documentation and unopened original packaging.
Your return package must include your user ID/order number. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Damaged Items & Discrepancies?
Any defects or damages to your delivery must be reported to Tonercircle within 24 hours of receipt. Provided this notification is made, we will collect, replace, or refund the item free of charge.
Any delivery discrepancies must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Goods delivered damaged should be signed for accordingly and Tonercircle notified in writing within 24 hours. Please keep all damaged goods and packaging.
