This unit was officially decommissioned and authorized for removal from a Savers corporate retail environment during a recent network infrastructure upgrade.Because it belonged to an enterprise network, the hardware serial number is currently registered to their central Peplink InControl 2 cloud management profile.How this affects the buyer:

1. How to use it immediately (Standalone Local Router): If you do not care about centralized cloud tracking, you can use this device safely and permanently as a high-powered Standalone Local Router. Simply log into the local web dashboard at 192.168.1.1, turn the "InControl" setting to OFF, and manage your cellular SIM cards, Wi-Fi networks, and ethernet ports completely locally. It functions flawlessly this way without any subscription fees.
2. How to unlock Cloud Management: If you absolutely require Peplink's remote cloud features or speed-bonding, you cannot manually add it to your profile right away. You will need to open an official support ticket on the Peplink Support Ticket Portal and provide your purchase invoice alongside the former company name (Savers). Peplink support will then reach out to the corporate contact on file via email to release the serial number. If unreturned or unobjected to within their standard 7-14 day window, Peplink will free the serial number for your account.
